Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Reservations

All reservations are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment received, no refunds, cancellations, amendments, or credits will be permitted for any reason, including but not limited to personal emergencies, travel restrictions, illness, or no-shows.

Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled date will be considered no-shows, and the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
2. Final and Binding Decision

The hotel’s decision regarding cancellation, modification, or refund requests shall be final and binding.

By proceeding with the booking, the guest explicitly waives any right to dispute or claim refunds through any channel, including payment gateways, card issuers, or third-party platforms.
3. Superseding Clause

This policy supersedes all other promotional terms, discounts, or refund-related offers that may appear on the booking page, advertisements, or partner websites at the time of reservation.

In case of any discrepancy between this policy and any other published material, this Cancellation and Refund Policy shall prevail.
4. Payment Gateway Disclaimer

The payment gateway partner used to process online payments operates as an independent service provider.

The payment gateway is not associated with the hotel’s operational or financial decisions and bears no responsibility for refund processing, chargebacks, or dispute resolutions.

Any payment errors or failed transactions must be addressed directly with the payment gateway or issuing bank.
5. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond the hotel’s control, bookings will not qualify for a refund. The hotel may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternate stay date or credit, subject to availability and internal approval.
