Terms & Conditions

1. General Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.

  • The management reserves the right of admission. Successful payment and booking confirmation do not guarantee admission if, at the time of check-in, the management finds any reason to deny entry (including but not limited to misconduct, violation of hotel policies, or false information during booking).

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

2. Identification Requirement

  • Every guest (including accompanying persons) must present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Passport, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.

  • The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in to any guest failing to produce valid identification as required by law.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard check-in and check-out times apply unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Payment and Booking

  • Full or partial payment (as applicable) is required to confirm a reservation.

  • All rates are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.

  • The hotel is not responsible for any booking errors due to incorrect information provided by the guest or by third-party booking platforms.

5. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property, staff, and other guests.

  • Firearms, weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

  • Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or intentional, will be charged to the registered guest’s account. The guest is liable to reimburse the full cost of repair or replacement as determined by the management.

  • Illegal activities, possession of prohibited items, or disturbance to other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Liability

  • The hotel shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings.

  • Guests are responsible for securing their valuables. Safety lockers may be provided where available.

7. Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or other events beyond the hotel’s control.

8. Amendments

  • The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be displayed on the official website and will supersede all previous versions.
